Why provide full-service for $5,900 when you don’t have to?

If anything with the development of the internet and other resources the job of selling a home is easier than ever before, so why hasn’t the commission reflected that? The commission rate of 2.5% or even 3% was fine when the average price was around $300,000 but as prices skyrocketed so did the commission even though the job has stayed the same. We simply want to take the industry back to a time where people received the service they wanted at a fair price. We want to focus on service NOT commission.
