Once all the paperwork is signed and we have a listing price in mind, it's time to get your house ready to sell! Our team will walk you through your house and give advice on what should be done to help get the highest dollar value! Once your home is ready to go, we bring in our photography team to take eye-catching photos and other media we will use to show the listing on MLS, our website, social and other various platforms of marketing and advertising. Your home is advertised everyday until it is sold!

Once the listing is up, the next step will be to schedule in showings for potential buyers. To make this step as painless as possible, we'll only schedule showings around times that work best for you which will be shown in your exclusive homeowners’ portal, along with any feedback received. When we receive an offer we'll review the best options together, whether to accept, reject, or counter. If you are 100% satisfied with the agreement only then we will move forward. Only a few more things left to take care of before the sale is complete!

After the agreement is accepted, the buyer will provide a certified cheque or bank draft for the deposit. Then we will sort out any conditions that may have been included in the agreement, most common are financing and inspection. Once closing day comes, your lawyer will work on officially transferring ownership to the buyer, and transfer over your new found wealth! Congratulations, you've officially sold your home!
